Unlocking the Writer's Mind: Beyond the Wall of Writer's Block
The last piece of writing that I believe is worthy of publication dates back to 2020. I used to write everyday once, but after my first book came out, somehow the internal fire of a writer started to diminish. I am managing to keep it alive, reminiscing how good those days were. I still have the ambition to publish another book. Unfortunately, I feel the creative world inside my head is facing a severe drought.
People asks me, 'Why are we not seeing any of your works anymore'. I escape the conversation by saying, I am facing a writer's block. However, I know its more than a block when it has stopped me from writing for more than 2 years. I have this intuition, many like me are out their blaming on writer's block but the true villain is their own mind, their own life circumstances. These days, people attribute the word to just the stoppage in the flow of thought or words. Deep down I have a big crater of self-doubt, pessimism, low self-esteem and emotions I cannot understand nor pen down which needs to be filled by ink, pen, papers and above all, success. I am aware of the fact that success cannot be achieved without attempting. To make an effort, itself is an effort, an uphill battle.
This is an open letter to all my fellows who are going through what our mind makes us believe as writer's block. I believe the world of letters is absolute, with no wars, limits, blockade. We are the God in that world, we create life through words. I am realising it while penning this down. Just push yourself, think as if the writer's block is something your mind made up as an excuse, an obstacle, hindering you from reaching out to your readers. Words can heal, writing can also heal. As Charles Bukowski said, 'Writing about a writers block is better than not writing at all'.

Its Never late to start again.. Keep going❤️
